CU Growth & Innovation Summit is pleased to welcome David Durovy, SVP of Transformation and Program Management at i2c, as a featured panelist at the 2026 conference in Oak Brook, Illinois.
David is a trusted partner to credit union leaders looking to modernize card issuing across debit, credit, prepaid, and lending platforms. With a focus on growing non-interest income and deepening member trust, he helps credit unions increase approval rates, reduce fraud and false declines, accelerate tokenization, and streamline digital disputes. David also leads i2c’s Program Management Support team, which works directly with lean CU teams to launch and optimize programs using strategic, data-driven playbooks.
Prior to joining i2c in 2024, David spent over a decade at PwC in its Payments practice, advising clients across the card issuing ecosystem. He began his financial services career at Citi and went on to hold consulting roles with Ernst & Young and Edgar, Dunn & Company. His work continues to center on practical ways to turn data into scalable, community-aligned member value.
At CUGI, David will contribute to the panel “AI 2.0 for Credit Unions – Beyond Automation into Strategic Member Engagement.” The session will examine how credit unions are leveraging advanced AI tools to personalize experiences, optimize operations, and build long-term loyalty. This discussion will offer actionable insights into how credit unions can move beyond basic automation to drive sustainable growth through strategic technology investments.
