Jason brings nearly two decades of strategic leadership in financial services, having held senior roles at multiple progressive cooperative banking institutions. Since March 2022, he has led Everwise Credit Union as CEO, building on an impressive career that includes key leadership positions at Delta Community Credit Union and Alliant Credit Union. His experience spans lending, member experience, corporate strategy, agile transformation, and digital banking.

Jason’s session, titled “Reinventing the Credit Union Value Proposition in 2026,” will explore how credit unions can remain competitive and relevant in a digital-first environment. The discussion will focus on aligning innovation with purpose, meeting evolving member expectations, and designing new service models for sustainable growth.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jason actively contributes to his community as a board member of the South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce and a participant in the Indiana chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

With advanced degrees in business administration, operations research, and executive education from institutions including Emory, Northwestern, and Stanford, Jason brings both insight and impact to every conversation.
