The Credit Union Growth & Innovation Summit (CUGI) is pleased to announce that Valerie Moskal, Chief Growth & Lending Officer at TRUE Community Credit Union, will join the 2026 event as a featured panelist.

Valerie brings deep expertise in driving sustainable growth across all lending lines of business at TRUE Community Credit Union, a leading credit union in south central Michigan. She oversees direct and indirect consumer lending, real estate and business lending, investment services, and deposit acquisition strategy. Her leadership has helped TRUE deliver consistent volume growth while remaining firmly rooted in its mission to cultivate legacy-defining moments for members.

With over a decade of C-Suite experience, Valerie is known for her ability to align organizational goals with operational execution. She holds a Master’s of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation, and the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) certification.

At CUGI 2026, Valerie will contribute her insights during the session, “Panel Discussion: Scaling Loan Growth in a Risk-Averse Economy: What’s Working Now.” This conversation will focus on practical, data-informed lending strategies that are helping credit unions expand responsibly during a cautious economic cycle.
