The CU Growth & Innovation Summit is pleased to announce that Jason Tilley, Chief Information Officer at 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union, will join the speaker lineup as a panelist for the 2027 event.
Jason brings more than 30 years of credit union technology leadership experience to the conference. As Chief Information Officer at 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union, he leads the organization’s technology strategy, oversees digital transformation initiatives, and drives operational excellence across IT governance, cybersecurity, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.
Throughout his career, Jason has helped financial institutions modernize technology environments while maintaining a strong focus on security, member service, and long-term strategic planning. Prior to joining 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union, he held technology leadership positions at ABNB Federal Credit Union and Picatinny Federal Credit Union, where he led significant infrastructure modernization initiatives.
In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Jason hosts The Knowledge Stack, a podcast exploring the intersection of finance and technology. Through conversations with industry leaders, he shares insights on emerging technologies, innovation strategies, and the future of financial services. He is also committed to mentoring technology professionals and helping organizations leverage technology to deliver secure, efficient, and member-focused services.
Jason will participate in the panel discussion, “Inside the Executive Playbook: How Top Credit Unions Are Winning Right Now.” This closing session will explore what leading credit union executives are prioritizing over the next 12 months.
