About Deena Otto
Deena brings more than 18 years of experience in operations management and marketing communications. Since joining Stanford Federal Credit Union in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer, she has been responsible for leading retail operations, business development, and marketing communications. Prior to Stanford FCU, Deena held senior leadership roles at Wescom Credit Union in Southern California, where she oversaw marketing, human resources, enterprise risk and legal, contact centers, payment operations, and digital channels. She holds an MBA from Washington State University’s Carson College of Business and is passionate about sharing the credit union story through her member-facing teams.
