As COO at GLCU, she leads critical functions including Technology, Digital, Deposit Operations, Product Management, and the Project Management Office. Her ability to align strategy with execution, coupled with a passion for data-driven innovation, positions her as a dynamic leader in the industry.

Elizabeth will moderate a key peer-driven session titled “The Rise of CU M&A: Collaboration, Consolidation, and Culture Fit.” This session will engage credit union executives in candid conversations about the growing trend of mergers and acquisitions as a strategic growth tool. Attendees will examine how to evaluate cultural alignment, manage leadership transitions, and protect member trust during periods of change.

Elizabeth brings more than deep expertise; she brings the credibility of someone who has successfully led both operational and technological transformation in high-stakes environments. Her academic background includes an MBA in Finance from Endicott College, a BS in Leadership from Northeastern University, and a DEI Certificate from Cornell University.
