He drives growth by raising approval rates, reducing fraud and false declines, accelerating tokenization, and streamlining digital disputes. He also leads i2c’s Program Management Support team, which helps lean CU teams launch and optimize programs. Before joining i2c in 2024, David spent over a decade in PwC’s Payments practice advising on card issuing, prepaid programs, M&A, and risk/regulatory work. He began his career at Citi in technology program management, card operations, and risk, later consulting with Ernst & Young and Edgar, Dunn & Company. His focus: helping credit unions turn data into member value at scale.
Nathan Grossenbach is an experienced credit union executive, serving with Shoreline Credit Union as its CEO for the past 8 years. When Nathan joined Shoreline Credit Union, it faced imminent closure due to MBL, Accounting, and Compliance-related issues. Through transparent communication, program overhaul, and effective management, Shoreline Credit Union is a thriving credit union with a full suite of products, services, and only one NCUA visit in the last six years.
Chris Hilliard is CEO and Founding Member of Winnow, where he leads a team transforming how financial institutions navigate regulatory requirements. Winnow is an advanced online platform that helps users generate tailored surveys and searches based on a dynamic database of federal and state laws and regulations. With 20+ years in consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending, Chris brings deep expertise in compliance, BSA/AML, licensing, and legal functions. Aanand Kapadia is the Head of Digital Banking Transformation at PenFed Credit Union, leading the Consumer Banking Technology roadmap, experience design, portfolio management, and agile practices. He also serves as product manager for PenFed’s mobile app and digital platforms. A financial services veteran with 10+ years of experience, Aanand has a strong record of delivering digital transformations that improve customer experience and efficiency. Before PenFed, he held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on product strategy and innovation in consumer banking. Aanand is passionate about secure, seamless, human-centered digital experiences and uses emerging tech and agile methods to drive improvement. Cris Mattoon currently serves as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Michigan First Credit Union, having served in similar roles with fintech partner bank Cross River, fintech Railsr, and establishing a digital de novo bank at The Auto Club Group. Cris specializes in fostering collaborative federal and state legislative and regulatory relationships and leading enterprise transformation projects to optimize member-centric innovation with safety and soundness. Cris is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and a licensed attorney.
Currently the Chief Experience Officer at Missouri Central Credit Union, Matt Monge is a recognized leader in strategy, branding, culture, and growth & transformation in the financial industry. A former Credit Union Times Trailblazer 40 Below honoree, he has spent nearly two decades as an executive, consultant, and speaker, helping organizations drive growth and change. His thought leadership has been featured in Training Magazine’s Top 125, CU Insight, and Global Workforce Transformation’s ‘Top Future of Work Voices You Should Know.’ Inc.com and Business Insider have cited his expertise-for just one word. His teams have won branding awards from CUES, CUNA, and MAC, including CUES Golden Mirror for Brand of the Year. A Mensa member and USA Basketball Gold Certified Coach, Matt holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Elizabeth Osborne is an accomplished operations and IT executive in the greater Chicago area with deep expertise in the credit union and banking industries. Recognized by American Banker as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions” in 2023 and 2024, she has excelled in roles including CIO of Community Banking and M&A Integration for a regional bank. As Chief Operations Officer at Great Lakes Credit Union (GLCU), Elizabeth oversees Technology, Digital, Deposit Operations, Product Management, and the PMO. Her strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and focus on process improvement drive operational excellence and innovation. Skilled in management, risk, analytics, and strategic planning, she champions partnerships with FinTechs to enhance efficiency and growth. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Finance from Endicott College, a BS in Leadership from Northeastern University, and a DEI Certificate from Cornell University.
Jason has served as President & CEO of Everwise since March 2022. He brings extensive leadership experience from major cooperative banking institutions. Starting his career at Delta Community CU in 2005, he led lending, strategy, HR, and analytics. In 2012, he became Chief Lending Executive at Alliant CU, where he also directed product strategy, member experience, and digital transformation. Jason holds degrees from Georgia State, Emory (MBA), and a Master’s in Operations Research & Management. He completed executive studies at Kellogg and Stanford, and serves on the South Bend Chamber board and Indiana’s Young Presidents’ Organization.
Deena Otto has over 18 years of experience in Operations Management and Marketing Communications. She joined Stanford FCU as Chief Operating Officer in 2021 and is responsible for all retail operations, business development and marketing communications. Deena was previously with Wescom Credit Union in Southern California where she oversaw several areas including Marketing, Human Resources, Enterprise Risk & Legal, Contact Center, Payment Operations, and Digital Channels. Deena is passionate about sharing the credit union story through her member-facing teams. She has her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University, Carson College of Business.
Jason Tilley is an accomplished technology executive with over 30 years of credit union IT experience and a strong record of strategic leadership in financial services. As CIO at 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union, he shapes the organization’s technology vision, drives digital transformation, and ensures operational excellence. His expertise spans IT governance, cybersecurity, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Jason also hosts The Knowledge Stack, a podcast exploring the intersection of finance and technology, where he shares insights on emerging trends and innovation strategies. Previously, he held IT leadership roles at ABNB and Picatinny Federal Credit Unions, leading modernization and infrastructure initiatives. Dedicated to continuous improvement, he mentors IT professionals and helps financial institutions leverage technology to deliver secure, efficient, and member-focused services.
Christine West is Senior Managing Partner, Financial & Professional Services, in Info-Tech’s Executive Services. She brings 20+ years of experience in wealth management and life insurance. As VP, Wealth Management & Insurance at Canada Life, she led a 300+ person team driving strategy and technology delivery, shifting to a product-centric model and scaling DevOps. She spearheaded a $100M+ modernization program, migrating 15 legacy back-office systems to advance digital and automation roadmaps, boosting efficiency, resiliency, and security while enabling client and advisor portals. At Manulife, as AVP of contact center technology, she implemented AI/ML/RPA solutions such as natural language IVR, biometrics, and speech analytics, enabling self-service, faster responses, and data-driven improvements. Christine also has expertise in anti-money laundering systems, data analytics engines, and large-scale digital workplace programs. She holds a BA in Economics and an MLIS from Western University.
