Chris brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning credit unions, fintech, SaaS, nonprofit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies. As Chief Operating Officer at CoastHills Credit Union, he is focused on expanding access to financial tools, education, and resources that strengthen financial well-being and create meaningful value for members and communities.
Previously, Chris served as Executive Vice President at University Federal Credit Union, where he led community investment and resource deployment initiatives supporting housing, food, education, workforce development, and financial access. His career also includes co-founding the fintech company Dosh and serving in executive leadership roles at WP Engine, Iron Mountain, MacroFab, and Metacommunications, giving him a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, innovation, and organizational leadership.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Chris is the founder of Growth Fusion Advisors and is a sought-after keynote speaker on fintech, purpose-driven leadership, member experience, digital transformation, AI governance, financial inclusion, and faith in marketplace leadership. He also serves as Chairman of The Other Ones Foundation, where he continues his commitment to serving communities through purpose-driven leadership.
