As a former Vice President at Canada Life, she led a team of over 300 professionals focused on customer and advisor technology services. Under her leadership, the organization transitioned to a product-centric delivery model while scaling its DevOps capabilities and executing a $100M+ modernization initiative. This program migrated 15 legacy systems and laid the digital foundation for customer and advisor engagement platforms.
Christine’s leadership extended to her time at Manulife Financial, where she spearheaded the implementation of advanced AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation within the contact center. These efforts improved self-service capabilities, accelerated response times, and unlocked valuable data insights to drive ongoing innovation.
Known for her deep expertise in financial system architecture, analytics, and operational resilience, Christine has led transformative efforts in areas ranging from anti-money laundering technology to enterprise workplace programs. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Library & Information Science, both from Western University.
