Turning strategy into results requires credit union leaders to make decisions across people, technology, operations, and the member experience. Toni-Ann Sforza, Chief Operating Officer at Municipal Credit Union (MCU), will bring her experience leading across these areas to the CU Growth & Innovation Summit as a panelist.
As Chief Operating Officer at MCU, Toni-Ann leads People & Administration, Retail Channels, Operations & Digital Services, and Financial Crimes & Intelligence. Her responsibilities span human resources, learning and development, branches, the contact center, ATM network, facilities, physical security, deposit operations, digital and card operations, fraud, and mail banking.
The CU Growth & Innovation Summit is pleased to welcome Toni-Ann as a panelist for “Inside the Executive Playbook: How Top Credit Unions Are Winning Right Now.”
This closing panel will focus on what credit union executives are prioritizing over the next 12 months. Toni-Ann and her fellow panelists will share where they are investing, what they are changing, and how they are putting strategy into action. The goal is to give attendees clear, practical insights they can take back to their own organizations.
Toni-Ann brings a broad operational perspective to the discussion. At MCU, she focuses on driving growth across member-facing channels while aligning people, processes, and technology to improve member experience, operational efficiency, and collaboration. That experience provides a valuable perspective on the decisions executives face when translating organizational priorities into execution.
Prior to joining MCU, Toni-Ann held senior leadership positions at Apple Bank and Amalgamated Bank. Her industry recognition includes City & State New York’s Forty Under Forty and Schneps Media’s Manhattan Power List.
Toni-Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Mercy University and has completed executive education at Cornell University, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and The Wharton School.
As credit unions set priorities for the year ahead, Toni-Ann’s experience connecting strategy with day-to-day execution will contribute to a timely conversation about where leaders are focusing their resources and how they are positioning their organizations for continued growth.
